The role of illiteracy in forming the “Revolutionists”
The rumors which are spreading that those who are demonstrating against the Syrian authority are paid by coordinators in the Syria’s flash points are real. I have assured this fact myself . going the deep countryside will let you see how those coordinators are working and how they are using the real poverty and joblessness to attract people and distribute money of them .
Everyone has his own price. The teen has his own price , the young has aslo a price as well as the adult has its own price . I have observed their mechanism in attracting people through a period of month. I was shocked by what I have seen .
The matter is not related to the government policy and the lack of jobs . Most of the joblessness are in fact escaping from work and prefer their situation as it is .
In my area which is 25 kilometers far from the industrial center , Aleppo , you can see volunteered joblessness . The jobs in this area are plenty available . you can either work in the organized industrial sector or you can work on daily bases .
This is known by all people here . Part of those e who are describing themselves revolutionists are in fact uneducated and even land lords who have tens of hectares and who have benefited from the governmental subsidiaries of their crops .
The problem here is the influence of the mosques and sheikhs. With lack of real religious understanding and under the influence of the Wahhabis TV stations which are broadcasting from Saudi Arabia , It will be understood how those are affected by the religious facts transmitted by air to them .
Here you can’t discuss any religious “fact” with them without being shocked on how they are looking to the religion .
One of those is calling for more role of the religious scholars in the daily life of the nation and to have their own authority on the secular administrations.
The lack of educations is reflected on their beliefs. The problem is the illiteracy
