Let us go deep in what may happen as a consequence of the AL adoption of “Gulf States “resolution over Syria. It is easy to be depressed and desperate from what we heard in the AL headquarter and the impolite  words which Hamad and Saoud has said during the meeting and after it .
It is easy also to think and admit they have the magic stick which can overthrow the regime in Syria and obligate it to accept their hopes based on nothing.
The transferring of their resolution to the Security Council is the core of the issue. They think that by transferring it to the united nation and calling their western allies to help in adopting it internationally will change the game rules.
The game is far bigger than that silly thinking. Regardless the Russian and Chinese objection of such resolution and adoption, there are a lot of internal factor in Syria which alone will decide the coming step in the Syria crisis. The problem is totally internal and any treatment of such internal crisis can’t come from abroad. The Syrian authority which is the strongest in Syria and which control the ground has its own accounts and view.
Without looking to the internal scene totally, such resolution, even if it has been adopted by the Security Council under chapter seven, nobody can affect on Syria and obligate it to accept what it doesn’t want to accept.
Let’s assume that Security Council has adopted the resolution: What will happen?? Frankly, nothing. It will only accelerate the military solution which I expected previously that Syria has accomplished its preparation to launch by the end of this month.
Without having enough power which can be used on the ground, adoption of such resolution will be useless as well as valueless.
